Returns and Exchanges
When we deliver your groceries locally, we'll review the order with you upon delivery to make sure that it's complete and correct. However, we understand that sometimes, you may want to return or exchange a products.
If a product is damaged or spoiled, we'll exchange or refund the product, provided that you notify us within 24 hours of delivery for perishable goods, and within 7 days for non-perishable items.
If you mistakenly order a product, and no longer wish to keep it, please return it within 24 hours for perishable goods (kept refrigerated or frozen), or within 7 days for non-perishable items, in its original, unopened, unused condition to our Albuquerque store. If you can't make it to our Albuquerque store, please contact us immediately and we'll either pick it up or provide you with a mailing label for return. Additional fees may apply.
If we send you an incorrect item, please notify us immediately, within 24 hours, and we'll exchange it for you as soon as possible.
Everyone has different tastes, and it is not possible for us to exchange or refund a product solely based upon it not being to your liking.
Products that are consumed, used, opened, spoiled or damaged after delivery, are not eligible for return or exchange.
